Ella began her academic path studying Information Technology and E-Business in Concordia University and McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Besides computing, her research also stretched to natural healing, psychology, and human behavior. This combination became the foundation for her unique ability to bridge human natural intelligence with artificial intelligence.

Her professional career spans some of Canada’s most complex enterprise environments, including telecommunications, finance, transportation, and digital commerce. As a business analyst, systems analyst, and project manager, she specialized in:
